1、二甲双胍联合中医综合疗法对肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者促排卵疗效的临床观察［摘要］目的研究二甲命P胍联合中医综合疗法对肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者促排卵的临床效果。方法选择我院2016年1〜12月收治的肾虚血瘀型PCOS不孕患者共70例，采取随机方式分为对照组与观察组，对照组采取二甲双胍口服治疗，观察组采取二甲双胍配合中医综合疗法治疗。对比两组患者中医证候积分、排卵率及妊娠率。结果观察组患者中医证候积分均优于对照组。观察组患者排卵率85.71%,妊娠率77.14%,均优于对照组。两组检测黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素比较不存在显著性差异，观察组雄激素显著低于对照组。

2、观察组和对照组临床总有效率分别为82.86%和51.43%，两组比较存在显著性差异。结论采取二甲双胍联合中医综合疗法治疗肾虚血瘀型PCOS不孕患者，能够有效改善患者各项证候情况，提高排卵率及妊娠率，降低雄激素水平，效果显著，值得应用。［关键词］二甲双胍；中医综合疗法；肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征；促排卵［中图分类号］R711.75［文献标识码］B［文章编号］1673-970117-0131-04[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofmetformincombinedwithtraditionalChines
