3、efunctions,learningprocessmentionedcognitivestyleandinformationprocessing,andlanguageskillsproduct.SoitisimportanttonotethatCLTrequiresahigherlevelofcommunicativecompetenceoftheteacher.Italsorequiresthattheteacherdevelopsawiderrangeofskillsbeyondthepre
4、sentationandexplanationofgrammaticalstructures.Task-basedLanguageTeachingiswidelypromotedinEnglishlanguageteachingnowadays.Infact,itisafurtherdevelopmentofCommunicativeLanguageTeaching.Itsharesthesamebeliefs,aslanguageshouldbelearntascloseaspossibletoh
5、owitusedinreallifeBecauseofthis,itissignificanttohaveabalancebetweenthefocusonholisticandthefocusonform.Traditionalaspectoflanguageteaching,suchasgrammar,vocabularyandindividualskills,shouldnotbeneglectedbecausetheyallplayasupportiveroleenablingthestud
6、entstohandlethetasks.It’svitaltoknowthataccuracyandfluencyarenotoppositesoralternatives.Toconclude,amethodiseffectiveonlywhenitisappropriatetotheteachingcontext.Therefore,whenanewmethodorapproachemerges,itisunwisetosimplycastawaythetraditionalandfollow
7、thenewtrend.Thebestthingtodoistoimproveone’sownteachingmethodsbasedonthecontextwhereoneteachesandintegratesthemeritsofdifferentmethodstoservethepurposeofone’steachingobjectivesandtheneedsofone’sstudents.Secondly,IwanttotalkaboutmyItwaslasttermthatourin
