2、胆B超检查。结果95567例完成调查,占奉化市总人口的22.2%,非酒精性脂肪肝患病率为14.18%,女性明显高于男性,非酒精性脂肪肝组收缩压、舒张压、体重指数、空腹血糖、超重肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常和高血压患病率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),多因素分析结果显示,男性、文化程度低、高血压、肥胖、腰臀比、腰围以及甘油三酯和空腹血糖升高等8项指标与脂肪肝密切相关。结论奉化市普通人群非酒精性脂肪肝患病率与超重肥胖及其相关的多元代谢紊乱关系密切。【关键词】非酒精性脂肪肝流行病学患病率危险因素Epide
