1、社区人群脂肪肝患病率及其相关因素的流行病学调查潘燕芳1劳汝明2陈陶玲31.广州市荔湾区石围塘街社区卫生服务中心超声科,广东广州510360;2.广州市荔湾区东激街社区卫生服务中心全科,广东广州510000;3.广州市越秀区妇幼保健院超声科,广东广州510000[摘要]目的探讨广州市荔湾区社区居民脂肪肝的患病率及相关危险因素。方法按照随机抽样的方法,选取广州市荔湾区社区居民共800人为调查对象,采用问卷调查、体格检查、血脂检查及肝脏B超检查,比较不同人群脂肪肝患病情况及相关因素。结果总人群脂肪肝患病率为21.0%o男性脂肪肝患病率(26.75
2、%)显著高于女性(15.06%)(P<0.01)o脂肪肝组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均高于非脂肪肝组(P<0.01)oLogisticBl归分析结果显示,性别(男性)、血压、腰臀比(WHR)、体重指数(BMI)、TC、糖尿病(DM)、腰围(WC)为脂肪肝的危险因素(P<0.05)o结论广州市荔湾区脂肪肝患病率较高,男性、血压、WHR、BMLTC、DM、WC是导致脂肪肝的主要危险因素。[关键词]脂肪肝;患病率;流行病学[中图分类号]
