1、非小细胞肺癌高钙血症多学科综合治疗近期疗效观察摘要:目的探?以化疗为基础,联合放射性核素及双磷酸盐的综合治疗手段治疗肺癌骨转移性高钙血症的近期临床疗效。方法采用非小细胞肺癌含钳化疗方案联合放射性核素89SrCL2及哇来麟酸治疗33例肺癌骨转移所导致的高钙血症,动态观察患者血钙浓度变化。结果33例患者高钙血症有效缓解23例,总有效缓解率为69.7%;化疗有效组12例,高钙血症有效缓解11例,缓解率为91.7%,化疗无效组21例,高钙血症有效缓解12例,缓解率为57.1%,化疗有效组高钙血症的有效缓解率高于
2、化疗无效组,差异有统计学意义(X2二4.309,P二0.042)。化疗有效组及无效组高钙血症有效缓解的平均持续时间分别为(82.2±12.4)d及(68.5±7.6)d,差异有统计学意义(t二3.007,P二0.011)。结论化疗联合放射性核素及双磷酸盐的综合治疗手段可以有效缓解部分非小细胞肺癌骨转移性高钙血症,其中化疗有效患者接受该治疗手段显示出更好的疗效。关键词:关键词非小细胞肺癌;恶性高钙血症;综合治疗中图分类号:R730.53文献标识码:AHort-termEfficacyObservation
