1、微创切口结合带线锚钉改良Krackow缝合法治庁闭合性2018-03-2110:12:00中国现代医生2018年2期郭宗慧杨长春付有伟唐寅周海尔庞清江［摘耍］戸的探讨微创切口结合带线锚钉改良Krackow缝合法治疗闭合性跟腱断裂的临床应用价值。方法选取2010年7月〜2017年3月收治的80例闭合性跟腱断裂患者作为本次研究対象，将其分为A、B两组，各40例。A组采用常规跟腱内侧切口结合Krackow缝合法进行跟腱修补，B组采用微创切口结合锚钉改ftKrackow缝合法治疗闭合性跟腱断裂，比较两组患者的出血量、切口长度、手术
2、时间、住院天数、愈合时间及临床疗效。临床疗效均采用Arner-Lindholm评定法进行疗效评定。结果B组患者术屮出血量(47.77±10.34)mL,切口长度为(4.21±行8)cm,手术时间为(40.56±11.45)min,住院时间为(8.69±3.18)d,愈合时间(5.28±1.16)周，且总优良率为92.50%,均优于A组(Pv0.05)o结论应用微创切口结合带线锚钉改ftKrackow缝合法修复闭合性跟腱断裂手术切口小，手术时间短，固定可靠，可早期功能锻炼，术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。［关键词］微创；跟腱
