1、曝病宁胶囊联合抗结核西药治疗淋巴结结核合并肺结核的疗效研究赵丽侍羽孟尔旺钮晓红李勇陈小龙(连云港市第四人民医院江苏连云港222000)【摘要】口的：观察瘵病宁胶囊联合抗结核药西药治疗淋巴结结核合并肺结核的治疗效果。方法：研究对象为2011〜2013年在连云港市第四人民医院及南京市屮西医结合医院住院及门诊治疗的43例淋巴结结核合并肺结核患者。治疗组22例，在西医抗结核治疗基础上予以瘵病宁胶囊；对照组21例，予以抗结核西药治疗，合并寒性脓肿者予以局部清创换药。分别统计上述两组肺结核疗效、淋巴结结核疗效、换药患者伤
2、口愈合时间以及不良反应发生情况。采用STATA8.0统计软件进行统计分析，率的比较采用χ2检验，计量资料采用t检验，P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果：治疗组淋巴结结核治愈率为100%(22/22),对照组为76.19%(16/21),治疗组疗效优于对照组(PV0.05)。治疗组肺结核治愈率为100%(22/22),对照组为80.95%(17/21),治疗组疗效优于对照组(PV0.05)。合并寒性脓肿者，治疗组伤口愈合时间为(23±7)天，对照组为(51±13)天，治疗组
