1、临床护理路径在功能失调性子宫出血治疗中的临床应用湖南省妇幼保健院湖南长沙410008摘要：目的：观察和探讨临床护理路径在功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床应用和效果分析。方法：选择我院2013年12月到2015年12月我院收治的120例功能失调性子宫出血患者，随机分为两组，每组各60例，其中对照组功能失调性子宫出血患者运用常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行临床护理路径干预。对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率和患者干预后前后疾病相关知识的掌握情况比较。结果：通过临床治疗和护理干预，观察组显效45例，有效13例，无效2例，总有效率为96.67%;对照组显效42例，有效10
2、例，无效8例，总有效率为86.67%,两组比较差异有显着性(P<0.05)o观察组患者通过干预后对疾病知识、用药知识、心理指导、合理饮食、手术治疗及检查知识等与疾病相关的知识掌握情况明显好转，优于干预前，显着差异只有统计意义(P<0.05)o结论：通过对功能失调性子宫出血患者进行积极的健康教育和临床护理路径干预，有助于提高临床治疗有效性，值得临床推广使用。关键词：临床护理路径；功能失调性子宫出血；效果Abstract：Objective：Toobserveanddiscusstheclinicalnursingpathwayinpatientswith
