1、个性化护理干预在HIV感染患者围手术期的应用［摘要］目的:探讨个性化护理干预在HIV感染患者围手术期应用的效果。方法：择期行手术治疗的HIV感染患者30例，随机分为两组，每组15例。对照组患者给予常规护理；观察组患者在对照组基础上给予更加全面的个性化护理干预。比较两组患者的焦虑程度及血压、心率变化情况并对比两组患者生活质量。结果:进入手术室后观察组患后焦虑情况明显低于对照组患者；对照组患者进入手术室后焦虑程度明显升高(P<0.05)；观察组患者入室后血压、心率较为平稳，且明显低于对照组患者，对照患者进入手术室后血压、心率明显高于干预前(P<0.05)o观察组患者的生活质量较干
