1、中西医结合治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗效果及对脂代谢的影响研究（四川省内江市第二人民医院妇产科四川内江641000）【摘要】目的：研究及观察屮西医结合治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗效果及对脂代谢的影响程度。方法：将2014年2月〜2015年8月于本院进行诊治的64例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组每组各32例，对照组的32例患者采用达英35进行治疗，观察组的32例患者则以达英35联合丹参酮进行治疗，然后将两组患者治疗后1个疗程和2个疗程时的总有效率、治疗前及治疗后1个疗程、2个疗程时的脂代谢指标进行比较。结果：观察组治疗后1个疗程和2个

2、疗程时的总有效率均高于对照，治疗后1个疗程、2个疗程时的脂代谢指标均好于对照组及本组治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论：屮西医结合治疗在多囊卵巢综合征患者屮的治疗效果较好，且对脂代谢的影响也更为积极，因此其更为适用于多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗。【关键词】中西医结合治疗；多囊卵巢综合征；治疗效果；脂代谢【中图分类号】R711.33【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）29-0181-02StudyonthetreatmenteffectofconbinedtreatmentoftraditionalChinesem
