1、跡ij胸游擺往患銅嘯开究2018-03-2910:29:58中国现代医生2018年6期杨燕丽臧淑妃张秋玲［摘要］目的探讨在常规治疗的基础h联合前列地水治疗老年糖尿病合并肾脏疾病的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2015年5月〜2016年5月我院收治并明确诊断为糖祕病合并肾脏疾病的88例老年患者为研究对象，采取投掷硬印的方法将其随机平均分为两组。对照组予以调整血糖、血脂、iflL压等U服药物常规治疗，实验组在此基础上予以前列地尔U服治疗，对比观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应怙况。结果实验组患者总有效率为95.45%，明显高于对照组的70.45%(

2、P<0.05);治疗前两组患者肾功能各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者经治疗后各指标均明显好转(P<0.05)，治疗后对照组各指标与实验组相比，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应总发生率为29.55%，略高于对照组不良反应总发生率(20.45%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔治疗老年糖尿病合并慢性肾脏疾病患者临床疗效好，安全性好，值得临床广泛推广。［关键词］糖尿病；悛性肾脏病；前列地尔；安全性［中图分类号］R587.2;R692.9［文献标识码］B［文章编号］1673-9701(20
