3、whounderwentsurgicalresectionwithcurativeintention.Allpatientswererandomlyassignedbeforetheoperationto2surgicalproceduregroupsaccordingtotheorderofvesselligation(PVfirstgroupandPAfirstgroup).Additionally,10patientswithbenignlungdiseaseservedascontrolsubjectsundergoingsurgicalresection.Alltheperi

4、pheralbloodsamplesweresubjectedtofqRTPCRwithcarcinoembryonicantigenasmarker.RESULTS:ThelevelofCEAmRNAinperipheralblood(PB)ascendedcontinuouslywithinthisperiod.Thepostoperativevalue(D7)wassignificantlyhigherthanthatofpreoperation(D-l)(P=0.000)andthatofoperativeday(DO)(P=0.000).Therewasastrikingdi

5、fferencebetweenadenocarcinomaandsquamouscarcinoma(P=0.0375).ThevaluesofCEAmRNAinPBbetweenPVfirstgroupandPAfirstgroupweresignificantlydifferent(P=0.045).Atthesametime，therewasacorrelationbetweenpreoperativeTstageandperioperativeCEAmRNAinPB(P二0.025).Amongthe23cases，10caseswerepositive(43.5%).Botht

6、hecontrolsubjectsandthevolunteerswerenegative.CONCLUSION：Aconsiderableproportionofpatientswhoappeartohaveresectablenonsmallcelllungcancermightberegardedashavingsystemicdisease，whichisoftenundetectablebycurrenttumourstagingmethod.CEAexpressingtumourcellsaredisseminatedmostlypostoperatively，whichm

7、aypotentiallybethesourceofrecurrenceormetastases.Surgicalmanipulationcanpromotethereleaseoftumourcellsintothebloodstream,buttheligationofPVbeforetheligationofthePAmaypartlypreventsuchreleaseduringsurgery.【Keywords】lungneopla
