1、耐户®^撇矽卜綱做2018-04-0809:50:18中国现代医生2018年4期张珊华莉张月英［摘要］目的应用动物模型对比两种护理方式减轻碘对比剂外渗损伤的效果。方法以20只新西兰大白兔作为研宂对象。刺破兔子两后肢血管后，以3mL/s速度皮下注射碘海醇20mL建立动物外滲模型。完全随机分为冰块冷敷实验组和50%硫酸镁湿敷对照组，各10只。每次敷用2h，(4〜5)次/24h，共48h。在干预前及干预后24h、48h观察局部红肿情况及腿部碘含量；并测量各时间点腿网值，计算腿岡差。结果两组分别组内比较：每组
