1、卡前列素氨丁三醇在中央型前置胎盘剖宫产术中的应用时机探讨屮南大学湘雅二医院湖南长沙410007【摘要】目的：探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇在屮央性前置胎盘孕妇剖宫产时的应用时机以及对患者术后影响。方法：选取有剖宫产指征且术屮诊断为屮央型前置胎盘62例，随机分为观察组和常规组，各31例，观察组患者在胎儿娩出后立即给予卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素进行治疗，常规组在胎儿娩出后应用缩宫素进行治疗，在出血超过300ml后才加用卡前列素氨丁三醇进行治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果:①观察组术屮出血量与24小时总出血量明显低于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总住

2、院时间两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②相对比对照组，观察组产后子宫底下降速度更快，恶露持续时间明显缩短，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而宫缩持续时间两组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);③两组患者术后FIB和D-二聚体明显低于术前，差异有统计学意义(t=7.08,P<0.05)；观察组FIB和D-二聚体明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(t=9.74,P<0.05)o结论：对屮央型前置胎盘的患者，在产后立即给予卡前列素氨丁三醇对预防产后出血效果显著。【关键词】卡前列素氨丁三醇；屮央型前置胎盘；剖宫产术；术后出血An
