1、上颁前牙种植修复中牙龈美学的探讨朱启红张小云杨新亮(徐州医学院附属第三医院江苏徐州221003)【摘要】目的探讨上颌前牙单牙种植修复中牙龈美学的美学效果。方法29例上颂前牙单牙种楨采用引导骨再生术，准确的种植三维位点，正确的软组织切口，软组织引导,乳头重建技术，临时冠诱导软组织成型，个性化全瓷基台全瓷冠修复或义龈修复等进行美学修复。采用完美美学效果，患者满意度VAS进行美学效果评价。结果29例上颂前牙单牙种植修复，12月后种植体的成功率为100%;完美美学效果9例，美学效果较满意20例，美学效果很差0例；患者满意度

2、VAS最低6分，最高10分，平均值8.56分。结论根据自身条件，采用引导骨再生术，准确的种楨三维位点，正确的软组织切U,软组织引导,乳头重建技术，临时冠诱导软组织成型，个性化全瓷基台全瓷冠修复或义龈修复等进行美学修复能满足患者牙龈的美学要求。【关键词】牙种楨牙龈美学效果【中图分类号】R781.05【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2013)37-0049-02GingivalaestheticsofthemaxillaryanteriortoothimplantprosthesisZhuqihong,
