1、介入溶栓治疗下肢动脉血栓的临床护理及效果观察谢贤敏杨洪云(四川省彭州市人民医院611930)【中图分类号】R473.5【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2012)30-0291-02【摘要】目的探讨介入溶栓治疗下肢动脉血栓的临床护理要点及治疗效果观察。方法2011-2012年3月，共对12例下肢动脉血栓患者实施DSA下肢动脉造影明确血栓的部位，并进行溶栓治疗。术前做好患者的心理护理，做好器材及药品准备；术中抢救器械抢救药品处于备用状态，作好术中配合及病情观察；术后护理，观察患者生命体征变化，观察溶栓效果及相关症状变化,给予科学
2、的护理措施，促进病员顺利康复。结果12例患者经介入溶栓治疗，其中8例在术中即能扪及足背动脉搏动，4例术中未能扪及足背动脉搏动，但患者皮肤变暖，皮肤颜色正常，经治疗后第二天可扪及足背动脉搏动，12例患者均再通成功，有2例恢复供血后出现肢体远端有热感，1天后消失。所有病例均未出现出血等副作用。结论运用介入溶栓方法治疗下肢动脉血栓效果明显，及时恢复血运,可避免因患肢严重缺血而发生不可避免的组织坏死，导致病情变化，患者截肢甚至死亡。【关键词】下肢动脉血栓介入溶栓护理Clinicalnursingandeffectsobservationofinte

6、esults:Ofallthattwelvepatientswhounderwentthetherapy,eightwereabletofeelthepulsesofdorsalpedalartery,whiletheotherfourfailedthetest,whoseskinbcamewarmandcolorofthatturnednormalthough.Withasecondday’streatment,pulsesweretobefelt.Allthosetwelvepatientsrecoveredsuccessf
7、ully,thoughsometwopatientssuffereddistalhotness,whichdisappearedthenextday.Noside-effectssuchashaemorrhageoccurred.Conclusion:Interventionalthrombolytictherapy,whenusedincuringlower-extremitythrombosis,harvestssolidachievementandtimelyrecoversbloodrunning.Italsopreventsthe
