1、不同根管预备方法对自粘接系统微渗漏的影响【摘要】目的:通过比较两种根管预备方法对自粘接型树脂水门汀的影响,观察粘接剂与根管壁间微渗漏的情况,为临床应用的选择提供依据。方法:选择因正畸需要而拔除的下颌单根管第二前磨牙40颗,随机分为实验组A组(不锈钢K锉组)、B组(镍钬器械组),每组15颗;对照组C组(阳性对照组)、D组(阴性对照组),每组5颗。经过不同的根管预备方法根备后常规根管充填,然后用RelyXUnicem粘接纤维桩行桩核修复,经体外冷热循环实验后在印度墨水下染色1周,在体视显微镜下观察染料渗入深度。结果:A、B两组冠方微渗漏比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0
