6、案对根管封闭剂AH-Plus与根管壁牙本质粘接强度的影响摘要目的:在体外环境下对比冲洗器冲洗法和超声荡洗法配合不同冲洗液组合进行根管冲洗,观察根管封闭剂AH-Plus与根管壁牙本质粘接强度的差异,为临床操作提供实验数据以便选取最佳根管冲洗方案。方法:选取42颗因正畸需要拔除的发育完成的下颌单根管前磨牙,在距离根尖孔12mm的位置截去牙冠留用牙根,常规拔髓,以11mm为工作长度,用ProTaperUniversal机用镍钛锉冠向下法常规根管预备,更换锉针之间用5.25%NaClO以冲洗器冲洗根管,根管预备至F2,之后用5ml蒸馏水以冲洗器冲净

7、根管残余液体。将预备好的牙根样本随机分成两大组:A组使用冲洗器进行终末冲洗,B组使用超声仪进行终末荡洗,其中每个大组再按照使用终末冲洗液的不同各分为3个亚组:A1、B1组用3%H2O2终末冲洗,A2、B2组用2%氯己定(CHX)终末冲洗,A3、B3组用17%乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)终末冲洗。将预备好的牙根样本按照不同的冲洗方式配合不同的终末冲洗液进行终末冲洗之后,用蒸馏水以冲洗器缓慢冲净根管内残余液体。根管常规干燥后用螺旋输送器导入AH-Plus糊剂,选择F2牙胶尖单尖法进行根管充填,暂封物封闭根管口。将根充好的牙根浸泡在0.9%生理盐水中

8、,放置于冷热循环机中设定恒温37℃储存1周。之后分别在根冠1/3、根中1/3、根尖1/3位置垂直于牙根长轴方向截取厚度为1mm的牙根切片样本,得到符合实验标准的样本118例,将切
