1、不同脱敏剂对牙本质小管的封闭作用及对牙本质粘接强度的影响研究[摘要]目的探讨不同脱敏剂对牙本质小管的封闭作用及对牙本质粘接强度的影响。方法选择新鲜拔除无嶠坏人磨牙172颗,44颗用于封闭作用实验,128颗用于牙本质粘结强度实验,4°C生理盐水保存。制备牙本质试件、粘接试件,测试微拉伸粘接强度,观察脱敏效果、亚甲基蓝溶液渗透法结果、微拉伸粘接强度。结果①封闭作用实验:空白对照组:磨切之后玷污层将牙本质的表面覆盖,牙本质小管多数由玷污层封闭oHybridCoat组:牙本质表面平坦,牙本质小管被完全封闭。Gluma组:牙本质表面平坦,牙本质小管被完全
2、封闭。极固宁组:牙本质表面平坦,牙本质小管被完全封闭。②粘接强度实验:空白对照组:亚甲基蓝色素沿着牙本质小管渗入牙髓腔,着色较深;HybridCoat组:亚甲基蓝色素渗入牙本质浅层至中层,最深处为1.4mm;Gluma组:亚甲基蓝色素渗入牙本质浅层至中层,最深处为1・4IIIII;极固宁组:亚甲基蓝色素渗入牙本质中层且向深层渗透,最深达2・3mm。③微拉伸粘接强度测试:空白对照组、HybridCoat组和Gluma组与单瓶纳米接结剂SingleBonda2、登泰克SEBonda的粘接强度均显著高于极固宁组(P<0.05),极固宁组显著降低粘接强
