5、·····················································································不同桩道预备时机及充填材料对根管微渗漏的影响摘要目的:本课题通过加压染料渗透法,比较即刻桩道预备和延迟桩道预备对经不同材料充填的根管微渗漏的影响,旨在找到对根管微渗漏较有利的桩道预备时机及充填材料,为临床的技术选择提供一定的科学参考依据。方法:128颗新鲜拔除的单根前磨牙,采用逐步后退法预备,侧向加压法充填,根据不同桩道预备时机和充填糊剂对样本按照配伍原则进行以下分组:

6、A1组,AH-plus糊剂+牙胶尖充填,即刻桩道预备(16颗);A2组,pro-MTA糊剂+牙胶尖充填,即刻桩道预备(16颗);B1组,AH-plus糊剂+牙胶尖充填,延迟桩道预备(16颗);B2组,pro-MTA糊剂+牙胶尖充填,延迟桩道预备(16颗);C1组,AH-plus糊剂+牙胶尖充填,无桩道预备(16颗);C2,pro-MTA糊剂+牙胶尖充填,无桩道预备(16颗);阴性对照组,AH-plus糊剂+牙胶尖充填(16颗);阳性对照组,不使用糊剂,牙胶尖直接充填(16颗)。桩道预备用3#peeso钻完成,根管内保留5mm充填材料。C

7、组,阴性对照组和阳性对照组样本均只充填5mm,不做桩道预备。将所有样本用氧化锌水门汀暂封,置于装有人工组织液的玻璃杯内,贮于37°C、100%湿度的恒温箱中4周。经过5°C及55°C的水中进行500次冷热循环,将各组样本分为两小组,采用加压染料渗透法,分别对各组进行冠向及根向的微渗漏检测。采用透明技术处理,在体视显微镜下测量根管内染料渗入的长度,进行各组样本间的对比。结果:冠向微渗漏1.A1组(AH-plus糊剂+即刻桩道预备,11.21±0.96mm)冠向微渗漏值显著小于B1组(AH-plus糊剂+延迟桩道预备,12.53±1.37m

8、m),且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.A1组(AH-plus糊剂+即刻桩道预备,11.21±0.96mm)与C1组(AH-plus糊剂+无桩道预备,10.62±0.54mm)之间微渗漏之无统计学差异(
