1、MSCT重建技术联合MR脂肪抑制技术在膝关节隐匿性骨折中的诊断价值赵星1郭满涛2（1陝西能源职业技术学院医学技术系陝西西安710613）（2杨凌示范区医院影像屮心陕西西安712100）【摘要】目的探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）多平面重组（MPR）及容积再现（VR）重建技术联合磁共振（MR）脂肪抑制技术在膝关节隐匿性骨折屮的诊断价值。方法回顾20位膝关节外伤行膝关节正侧位X线检查后，认为无外伤性骨折的患者，临床高度怀疑骨折患者，再行16层螺旋CT平扫的患者，将16层螺旋CT所得原始数据经工作站进行多平面重组（MPR）及容积再现（VR）重建图像结合轴位图像做出对骨折的诊断，后

2、行MR检查评价损伤状况。结果20例患者屮经MSCT重建后，14例患者CT及MR骨折诊断出膝关节组成骨有隐匿性骨折；2例患者MR诊断出局部骨质隐匿性骨折，而CT及重组图像未发现确切骨折线；结论MSCT在确定骨折部位定位方面优于X线及MR，MR在诊断无骨皮质断裂的隐匿性骨折方面明显优于CT检查，同时MR在诊断初带损伤、半月板损伤及软组织损伤方面明显优于X线、CT检查及重建技术。【关键词】多层螺旋CT重建技术磁共振脂肪抑制技术膝关节隐匿性骨折【屮图分类号】R445.2【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）06-0141-02MSCTreconstructi
