2、ecrosisofthefemoralhead（SANFH）andtoinvestigateitspossiblemechanism．Methods：Intheclinicalstudy，HuoXueBuShenFangwasusedin24casesofSANFHasthetreatedgroupcomparedwith21casestreatedbyXianLingGuBaoCapsuleforcurativeeffectobservation．Thedifferenceoncurerate，clinicalsymptoms，la

3、boratoryexaminationsbetweenthetwogroupswereobserved．Intheexperimentalstudy，24NewZealandrabbitswererandomlydividedinto4groups：normalgroup，modelgroup，controlgroupandtreatedgroup．TherabbitsincontrolgroupweretreatedwithXianLingGuBaoCapsuleandHuoXueBuShenFangwasusedintreated

4、group．8weekslater，todeterminethecontentofBoneglaprotein(BGP)、Hemorheology．Results：Intheclinicalstudy，therewasquitedifferenceincomparisonwithpretreatmentandpost-treatmentintreatedgroupeandcontrastivegroupeandtheeffectwasbetterintreatedgroupethancontrastivegroupe．Andthere

5、sultsshowedthatHuoXueBuSenFangcaneffectivelyimprovethesymptomsofSANFH．Theexperimentalstudyshowedinthemodelgroupthenecrosisoffemoralheadwasobvious，thecontentofBGPinplasmawasapparentlylower，thecontentsofhemorheologywerehigher．Alltheindiceshadobviouschangesinthecontrolgrou

6、pandthetreatedgroup．Thechangesofaboveindiceshadsignificantdifferenceinthetreatedgroupandcontrolgroup．Conclusion：Throughtheclinicalandexperimentalstudy，thecurativeeffectofHuoXueBuShenFangofthetreatedgroupisbetterthanthatofthecontrastivegroup．Themechanismmightberelatedwit
