4、ichdisturbtheorderoffaircompetition.Inpractice,thefrequentoccurrenceoftrade-associations-ledeventsthatrestrictcompetitionowesmuchtothesimplenessofrelevantprovisionsofAnti-MonopolyLawconcerningtradeassociations.Thus,improvementshouldbemadeasfollows.Fir
5、stly,criteriaforconfirmingtheprincipleofreasonableness,whichisageneralruletorecognizeillegality,shouldbemoreconcrete.Secondly,therangeofsubjectsbearinglegalresponsibilitiesshouldbeexpandedtoindividualmembersoftradeassociationsanddecision-makingorgans.
