3、ociationsalwayscommitactionstorestrictcompetition,suchasfixingprice,restrictingquantities,segmentingmarkets,boycott,informationexchangeandstandardizationcertification,whichdisturbtheorderoffaircompetition.Inpractice,thefrequentoccurrenceoftrade-associations-ledeventsthatrestrictcompetitionow
4、esmuchtothesimplenessofrelevantprovisionsofAnti-MonopolyLawconcerningtradeassociations.Thus,improvementshouldbemadeasfollows.Firstly,criteriaforconfirmingtheprincipleofreasonableness,whichisageneralruletorecognizeillegality,shouldbemoreconcrete.Secondly,therangeofsubjectsbearinglegalresponsi
