6、arrheacanputchildrenandadultsatriskforaheatstrokeduringveryhotweather.Heatstrokeinchildrenisnotonlyduetohightemperaturesandhumidity,butalsotonotdrinkingenoughfluids.PreventionHeatexhaustionandheatstrokecanbepreventedwiththisadvice:·Donotstayinorleaveanyon
7、einclosed,parkedcarsduringhotweather.·Takecautionwhenyoumustbeinthesun.Atthefirstsignsofheatexhaustion,getoutofthesunoryourbodytemperaturewillcontinuetorise.·Donotexercisevigorouslyduringthehottesttimesoftheday.Instead,run,jogorexerciseclosertosunriseorsu
