2、AMImodelwasestablishedwithSprague-Dawleyratsbyligationoftheleftanteriordescendingcoronaryartery.Theratswhichsurvived24hoursaftersurgerywererandomlyseparatedinto2groups:rhNrg-1βtreatmentgroupwithcaudal veininjectionofrhNrg-1βatadoseofl0µg·kg-1·d–1for5con
3、secutivedaysandthemyocardialinfarction(MI)controlgroup.Anothershamoperationgroupunderwentthoracicincisionwithoutligationofleftanteriordescendingcoronaryartery.MIcontrolgroupandshamoperationgroupweresimultaneouslyadministeredwith0.1mol/LPBS.Afterroutinef
4、eedandwaterfor28days,cardiacfunctionofdifferentgroupswereevaluatedbyechocardiography.Afterthat,theratsweresoonexecutedtodetecttheweightandmassindexofleftventricular.DensitiesofnewcollateralmicrovesselweremeasuredbyⅧfactorimmunohistochemicalanalysis.West
5、ernblottingwasadoptedtoobserveVEGFexpressionintheischemicmyocardiumofAMIrats.Results:ComparedwiththeMIcontrolgroup,cardiacfunctionoftherhNrg-1βtreatmentgroupobviouslyimproved;Comparedwiththeshamoperationgroup,alargenumberofnewbloodvesselsintheproliferat
6、ivestagecanbefoundintheinfarctionborderzoneofbothMIgroupandrhNrg-1βtreatmentgroup,andcapillarydensityintherhNrg-1βtreatmentgroupwassignificantlygreaterthanthatintheMIcontrolgroup;Besides,theexpressionofVEGFproteinsignificantlyincreasedintheinfarctionbor
7、derzoneofMIgroupandrhNrg-1βtreatmentgroup,andexpressionlevelintheMIgroupwasmuchlessthanthatintherhNrg-1βtreatmentgroup.Conclusions:rhNrg-1βincreaseexpressionofVEGFproteininischemicmyocardiumofAMIratswhichcanpromoteangiogenesisandcollateralcirculationtop
