1、天津理工大学2010届本科毕业论文DBB模式下业主方的工程变更风险控制研究摘要工程变更是建设项目合同管理的重要内容，是影响建设项目进度控制、质量控制和投资控制的关键因素，加强工程变更的管理与控制对实现建设项目合同管理目标具有重要意义。工程变更涉及项目周期的全过程，同时工程变更管理也是一种风险管理。因此本文主要以风险管理的角度，对项目过程中的工程变更风险因素进行分析和控制。论文运用风险结构分析法和起初风险清单法识别出工程变更生成的7大风险因素，并且采用AHP对风险因素进行分析。最后通过划分变更的重要性采用分类控制的方法进行控制。1.通过文献综述的方法，介绍工程变更的基础理论。对我国工程

2、管理现状的分析，归纳目前工程变更管理存在的两方面问题：工程变更风险的管理和工程变更价款的控制。2.从DBB模式对风险的影响入手，对风险管理的理论、程序展开探讨。围绕工程变更在实际操作过程中存在的问题，从业主方角度分析工程变更控制的重点，结合不同类型的合同对工程变更控制的比较,指出对单价合同下的变更的控制要引入风险管理进行事前控制。3.结合本文建立的理论分析框架，以风险管理理论作为工程变更风险控制的理论基石，以风险管理的程序为主线，通过对变更风险因素的识别、变更的风险评价、变更的风险控制研究，引出本文的核心内容：不同程度变更的控制措施。关键词：DBB工程变更风险管理风险识别风险评价风险
