4、age18~70yearold,rightsidein12cases,leftin8cases,inaccordancewiththeAOstandardclassificationofwhichtypeAfracturesin19cases,13casesoffractureoftypeB,typeCfracture8cases,openfractures(Gustilotype):3casesoftypeI,type1.Usingarandomnumbertableisdividedintotwogroups,withgrou
5、pMIPPOfortheexperimentalgroup,OPIFcontrolgroup.Accordingtotheopenfractures,AOsofttissueinjuryclassificationdecisionoperationtime.Forthesofttissueswellingwithoutheavyclosedfracturesandcantoleratetheoperationpatientswithopenfractures,fromwithin8hafterinjuryoperation.All
6、softtissueinjuryseverityofclosedfracturesandcannottolerateoperationofpatientswithopenfracturestothecalcaneustractioninjury,after3~12Dsofttissueswelling,infection,andthentreatedwithsurgicaloperation.After1yearsoffollow-up,usingJohner-Wruhefficacyassessmentsystemingoodt
7、oexcellentyields,usingstatisticalanalysis,contrastobservationofclinicalefficacy.Conclusion:Thetwogroupintheoperationtime,bleedingvolume,lengthofhospitalstayandclinicalhealingtimehassignificantdifference(P<0.05);inthe
