1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要信托制度起源于13世纪英国的尤斯制，在信托发展长达7个多世纪的历程中，西方各发达国家都形成了各国各具特色的信托业经营模式，已与银行、保险、证券并称为金融业的四大支柱。我国信托制度的引进已有近一个世纪的历史，从改革开放以来20多年的发展历程看，我国的信托业就经历了五次大的清理整顿，加之广国投，中农信等一批信托投资公司的关闭、破产，使人们对信托的功能、作用产生了怀疑。在2002年“一法两规”颁布之后，涅磐重生的信托投资公司显现出勃勃生机，但重重制度瓶颈的约束使得整个信托业发展动力不足。这些约束主要表现在外部法律法规的不健全，信托业社会基础的不足，市场环境的不成

2、熟等方面。本文从市场的角度出发，着重分析和研究了信托产品市场的流动性问题，以这一思路为主线，本文从探讨信托的本质特征入手，在回顾总结了我国信托业发展历程，详细分析了我国信托业现状的基础上，先从理论角度论证了流动性对于信托产品的重要性，然后结合各种数据与案例说明了我国信托产品流动性的现状，提出了我国信托产品市场流动性的不足已经成为信托业继续发展壮大的主要障碍之一的观点。深入剖析了国内各信托投资公司在信托产品流通机制方面所作的创新，以及这些创新模式各自的优缺点，试图找到这些创新适用于我国现状的通行模式。根据本文的研究结果，笔者认为改善我国信托产品的流动性已经刻不容缓，逐步推动信托业各种法则

3、法规的建立和完善；建立和完善信托产品的信息披露机制与信用评级体系；尽快制定标准化信托合同，信托计划，标准化权益证书等，以便在不久的将来利用国内现有的证券交易平台，逐步推动信托产品交易市场的构建是我国信托产品市场繁荣，信托业蓬勃发展的必由之路。关键词：信托信托产品流通机制I华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractTrustoriginatedfromBritish“USE”inthe13thCentury.Initshistorywhichissevenhundredyears,trusthasformeddiversifiedoperationpatternsintheWesternd
