3、studyingtheinfluenceonlocalbankingefficiencyandsearchingforthesolutionsaremeaningfulforbothrealisticandtheoreticalstudy.Inrecentyears,thedomesticscholarshavestudiedforeigninvestmentintherealestate,butfewpeoplefocusonthebanking,especiallyinrecentthreeyears.Onthebasisofpreviousstudies,andfromt
4、hepointofbankingefficiency,thispaperconfirmsthatforeignbankshaveinfluenceonlocalbankingefficiency,andsearchesforthesolutionsofimprovingtheefficiencyofChina'sbankingindustry.Thepaperexplainsthedevelopmentofforeignbanksfirstly.AndthentodiscusstheinfluenceofforeignBankstothepathofthehostcountry
5、bankingefficiency,combinedwiththeactualsituationofourcountry,thepaperstudiestheeffectsfrombothpositiveandnegativeaspects.Inquantitativeresearch,atfirst,thepapercomparestheefficiencyofforeignanddomesticbanks,thenusesdataof10leadingbanksinChinain2002-2011periods,establishesamodelandusessoftwar
6、etomakeanempiricalanalysisontheeffects.Theestimationsuggeststhattheentryofforeignbankshasimpactsonthedomesticbanksefficiency.Basedontheaboveanalysis,somesuggestsaremadeonthedevelopmentofChinesebankingsystemfromallaspectsofthebankdailyoperation.Therefore,inordertoimprovetheefficiencyofChina's
