1、-------摘要第三部分主要分析快递服务中消费者权益受到侵害的原因。主要原因有:首先,是快递行业的准入门槛比较低;其次,快递行业中的实际监管者不明确;再次,快递行业本身的自律组织也不成熟;最后,现有的关于快递立法的层次较低,缺乏专门性和系统性。第四部分主要是提出对快递服务消费者权益保护的完善对策。根据上部分提出的原因以及消费者受害表现,笔者提出相对应的完善对策。首先,要提高快递服务行业的准入标准;其次,要明确快递服行业的监管者;再次,应成立全国性的快递行业协会加强自律性;最后,加快《快递法》的出台以及相关法律的完善。关键字:快递服务合同;消费者权益;快递行业协会-------
