1、-------摘要第三部分主要分析快递服务中消费者权益受到侵害的原因。主要原因有：首先，是快递行业的准入门槛比较低；其次，快递行业中的实际监管者不明确；再次，快递行业本身的自律组织也不成熟；最后，现有的关于快递立法的层次较低，缺乏专门性和系统性。第四部分主要是提出对快递服务消费者权益保护的完善对策。根据上部分提出的原因以及消费者受害表现，笔者提出相对应的完善对策。首先，要提高快递服务行业的准入标准；其次，要明确快递服行业的监管者；再次，应成立全国性的快递行业协会加强自律性；最后，加快《快递法》的出台以及相关法律的完善。关键字：快递服务合同；消费者权益；快递行业协会-------
