6、探讨清热化瘀颗粒对预处理后二者在诱导脑缺血耐受中的意义。方法:SD大鼠随机分为4组每组20只,其中预缺血+脑缺血组(BIP组)与清热化瘀颗粒组(QRHY组)予预处理10min后抽出栓线,饲养3d,3d内BIP组、QRHY组分别给予等体积生理盐水和清热化瘀颗粒灌胃,每日2次,3d后再次行MCAO2h;假手术组(SO组)以假手术代替预缺血,假手术+脑缺血组(SO+MCAO组)假手术代替预缺血,其余步骤同脑缺血预处理组;采用Longa评分标准做神经行为学测定。采用HE染色观察各组脑组织病理形态。采用免疫组织化学比较各组PERK蛋白和GRP78蛋白的表达。结果:○1

7、神经行为学评分结果:除SO组外,各组均有神经行为学改变。SO+MCAO组较BIP组及QRHY组评分有显著差异,P<0.01;BIP组较QRHY组评分有显著差异,(P<0.01)。○2MCAO2h后,各组脑组织形态学改变结果:在光镜下SO组脑组织神经元及胶质细胞基本正常;SO+MCAO组、BIP组梗死侧脑组织见典型缺血损伤改变;QRHY组较SO+MCAO组及BIP组病理切片结果有不同程度改善,QRHY组可见少许正常神经元。○3PERK与GRP78蛋白表达免疫组化结果:SO组,各时段均有极少PERK及GRP78蛋白表达;SO+MCAO组12h、1d、2d,PER

8、K和GRP78蛋白表达均高于假手术组,(P<0.01
