2、urreliefanddevelopmentprogramsalleviatesufferingandhelppeopleachievepositivechangesintheirlivesandcommunities,wearealsocommittedtoworkwithourpartnersandcommunitiesforpeaceandjustice.Withoutpeaceandjustice,povertywillcontinue.OurJusticePrioritiesTheEasternandSouthernAfric
3、aMinistryTeam(ESAMT)hasset6justicepriorities:·InternationalDebtRelief·CivicEducation·Gender·Peace-buildingandConflictResolution·LandRights·ForeignDirectInvestmentWeareaddressingtheseissuesthroughcommunity-basedprojects,buildingthecapacityoflocalorganizationstoaddressjust
4、iceissues,andthrougheducationcampaignsinAfricaandinNorthAmerica.InternationalDebtReliefInmanycountrieswhereCRWRCworks,governmentspaymoreondebtpaymentstorichcountriesthantheycanaffordtospendonhealthandeducationfortheircitizens.Asaresult,inatimeofgreatprosperityinNorthAmer
5、ica,lifeexpectancyandliteracyratesareactuallyfallingformillionsofpeopleinthedevelopingworld.Currentinternationaldebtreliefprogramsarestillleavingpoorcountriesmiredindebt.ThroughCRWRCchurchcampaignsandnetworks,wearediscussingdebtreliefwithoursupporters,andsuggestingthatth
