6、romJanuary2004toJanuary2007,wereenrolled.Therewere8casesofidenticalHLAsiblingdonor,9casesofHLAsiblingdonorexceptA/B/DRsite,and1caseofunrelatedidenticalHLAdonor.Accordingtodifferentconditionsofdonor-recipientHLAcompatibility,strategiesforprophylaxisofacuteGr
7、aft-versus-hostdisease(GVHD)weremadeandbasedoncombinationoflow-dosecyclosporine-A(CSA)andshortcoursemethotrexate(MTX).Methylprednisolone(MP)wasusedasprimarytherapyforacuteGVHD,andotherimmunosuppressantswereadministeredtothosewhofailtorespondtoMPassecondaryo
8、rsalvagetherapy.TherapyforchronicGVHDincludedprednisoneandCSA.All18patientsweresuccessfullyengrafted.AcuteGVHDoccurredin12of18patients(66.7%).SixcaseshadneverdevelopedGVHD.TheincidenceofGradeⅡ-ⅣacuteGV
