3、aphy(CDU).VascellumconstructionsofSEAsweregainedbythemethodofglutininjection.Abdominalanatomiesweredoneanddocumented,toevaluatethebothsidesoftheSEAsVascellumconstructionsdifferences,andresearchanatomicrelationshipsofSEAsandtheirperforators,includingtheorigin,course,bifurcations,disturibution.○2

4、4pigswereusedasexperimentalanimals,whichwereallocatedintoexpansionandunexpansiongroups.Thesofttissueexpander(100mlinvolume)wereimplantedintheabdominalregion,performedupto2cmoutsideofperforatorpointunderthedeepfascialayersatmarkedregions(avoidingdamagetotheperforatorvessels).Tendaysaftersurgery,

5、webegantograduallyinjectwaterintotheexpander2-3timeseachweek10to20percenteachtime.Intotal,injectionwascarriedoutforonemonth.Surgeryforpedicledivisionwascarriedoutafteronemonth,theflapareasrangedfrom3cm×15cm.SPECTwasmadetodetecttheflapandpredictsurvivalareaofskinflapafteroneweek.Visualassessallf
