3、Z)wereevaluatedbyColorDopplexUltrasonography(CDU).VascellumconstructionsofSEAsweregainedbythemethodofglutininjection.Abdominalanatomiesweredoneanddocumented,toevaluatethebothsidesoftheSEAsVascellumconstructionsdifferences,andresearchanatomicrelationshipsofSEAsandtheirperfora

4、tors,includingtheorigin,course,bifurcations,disturibution.○24pigswereusedasexperimentalanimals,whichwereallocatedintoexpansionandunexpansiongroups.Thesofttissueexpander(100mlinvolume)wereimplantedintheabdominalregion,performedupto2cmoutsideofperforatorpointunderthedeepfascia

5、layersatmarkedregions(avoidingdamagetotheperforatorvessels).Tendaysaftersurgery,webegantograduallyinjectwaterintotheexpander2-3timeseachweek10to20percenteachtime.Intotal,injectionwascarriedoutforonemonth.Surgeryforpedicledivisionwascarriedoutafteronemonth,theflapareasrangedf
