1、全套设计（图纸）加扣扣194535455自走式大蒜收获机设计摘要近年来，农业的发展受到了大家的重视，其中包括怎样实现大蒜机械化收获，而大蒜作为国内主要农作物之一，它的地位毋庸置疑，并且大蒜的经济性越来越显著，所以大蒜机械化收获受到关注。大蒜的传统人工收获包括大蒜的挖掘、剪径以及拾掇、装运，人工劳动强度非常大，效率也不高，丢失比较厉害。又因为大蒜的季节性强，要求收获时间短，所以大蒜的机械化收获就显得尤为重要。为此，结合已有的大蒜收获机结构，研发了一种新型的自走式手扶大蒜收获机。该机包含大蒜的扶苗杆、切茎刀具、挖掘铲、运输链条、收集网袋等机械装置。先采用
2、高速旋转刀具对大蒜进行切径，并用扶苗杆对大蒜苗进行一个简单的扶持以便于去除蒜秧。然后利用平面三角挖掘铲挖起大蒜，通过运输链条实现大蒜与土壤的分离，最后将大蒜收集到机器收集框的网袋里面。设计在上面的柴油机能提供充足的动力，运用二级减速箱减速，保证整个过程的行走速度在合理范围内。并结合摩擦离合器，来控制大蒜收获机的启动和停止。关键词：手扶大蒜收获机;平面三角挖掘铲;大蒜与土壤的分离;减速箱41全套设计（图纸）加扣扣194535455Designofself-propelled garlicharvesterAbstractInrecentyears,ev
