1、本科毕业设计小型自走式薯类收割机的设计二○一六年六月小型自走式薯类收获机结构设计摘要我国薯类收获机的研制与应用仍处于发展阶段,各种薯类收获机械的结构简单,后续工作甚至还需要手动捡拾来结束收获工作。相比之下,我国的薯类收获机械与其他发达国家的收获机械之间还具有非常远的差距。本文以当前薯类收获机研究与发展为基础,结合我国农村农业作业条件,开发设计了一种适用于目前农村小型分散经营的适用型小型自走式薯类收获机,以快速完成薯类挖掘、薯土分离、装袋等的一系列收获要求。首先介绍了国内外薯类收获机械的现状及发展情况,并总结了当前薯类收获机械存在的主要问题,明确了本文研究设计的重要意义及目的;然后提出了小型自
2、走式薯类收获机的总体设计方案,分析了设计思路、总体结构、主要工作原理等;接着重点分析设计了小型自走式薯类收获机的主要装置设备,着重分析了挖掘装置、分离装置、偏心装置以及机架的设计,并辅以参数计算,得出设计的具体方案;最后得出结论,该收获机能够一次性完成一般性薯类的挖掘、土壤与薯块的分离、输送以及装袋等工序,进而提高薯类生产机械化水平。本文研究设计的小型自走式薯类收获机对于改善农村薯类收获技术,提高薯类活力,减轻农民的劳动强度和提高效率均具有重要指导意义。关键词:自走式;薯类收获机;挖掘装置;分离装置IIAbstractDevelopmentandapplicationofpotatoharv
