1、KKME---专业医学搜索引擎http://www.kkme.net/血尿酸和脂蛋白-a水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系　　作者：李屏，熊晓昉作者单位：贵阳医学院附院心内科，贵州贵阳550004　　【摘要】目的：探讨血尿酸(SUA)和脂蛋白-a[Lp(a)]水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法：224例患者根据选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果分为冠心病组121例，正常对照组103例，再根据Gensini评分系统将冠心病组分为2组，其中Gensini积分<30分66例为冠心病A组，Gensini积分≥30分55例为冠心病B组;再根据冠状动脉病变支数分为单支病变组46例，双支病变组4

2、6例，多支病变组29例。分别测定其SUA和Lp(a)水平，并分析二者与冠心病冠脉病变严重程度的相关性。结果：冠心病组SUA和Lp(a)水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)，冠心病B组SUA和Lp(a)的水平明显高于冠心病A组(P<0.05)，双支病变组和多支病变组之间比较冠脉病变支数越多，SUA和Lp(a)水平就越高(P<0.05)，单支病变组与对照组比较SUA和Lp(a)的水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SUA与Gensini积分相关系数为0.451，Lp(a)与Gensini积分相关系数为0.413。结论：动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者SUA和Lp(a)的水平高低与冠状动脉
