1、本协议双方为了发展贸易，在平等互利的基础上，按下列条件签定本协议。Thisagreementisenteredintobetweenthepartiesconcernedonthebasisofequalityandmutualbenefittodevelopbusinessontermsandconditionsmutuallyagreeduponasfollows:1订约人：ContractingParties：供货人：Supplier：(hereinaftercalled"PartyA")销售代理人：Agent：(hereinaftercalled"PartyB

2、")甲方委托乙方为销售代理人，推销下列商品。PartyAherebyappointspartyBtoactashissellingagenttosellthecommoditymentionedbelow.2商品及数量或金额CommodityandQuantityoramount双方约定，乙方在协议有效期内，承销不少于_____的上述商品。ItismutuallyagreedthatPartyBshallundertaketosellnotlessthan_____oftheaforesaidcommodityinthedurationofthisAgreement.
