1、黄芩素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤心肌酶的影响#黄勇攀1,2,叶兰1,石刚刚2*510(1.贵阳医学院药理学教研室,贵阳550004;2.汕头大学医学院药理学教研室,汕头515041)摘要:目的研究黄芩素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的影响。方法:大鼠冠状动脉左前降支结扎30min后恢复血液灌注30min,于缺血前舌下静脉注射不同剂量黄芩素(40mg/kg,80mg/kg,160mg/kg)。测定血清CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH、GOT以及SOD活性、MDA的含量;观察心肌病理形态学改变。结果:黄芩素能降低由于缺血再灌注引起的心肌损害
