2、eventionofwork-relatedinjuryandvocationalrehabilitation，andtodistributework-relatedinjuryrisksofemployers.Article2　Alltypesofenterprisesandsoletradersthathireworkers（Employer（s））shallparticipateinwork-relatedinjuryinsuranceandpaywork-relatedinjuryinsurancepremiumsforallofth

3、estaffandworkers or hiredworkersintheirworkunit（Employee（s））inaccordancewiththeprovisionshereof.TheEmployeesofalltypesofenterprisesandthehiredworkersofsoletradersinthePeople'sRepublicofChinashallhavetherighttoenjoythebenefitsofwork-relatedinjuryinsuranceinaccordancewiththep

4、rovisionshereof.Article3　Collectionandpaymentofwork-relatedinjuryinsurancepremiumsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeprovisionsintheCollectionandPaymentofSocialInsurancePremiumsTentativeRegulationsregardingcollectionandpaymentofbasicoldageinsurancepremiums，basicmedicalinsu

5、rancepremiumsandunemploymentinsurancepremiums.Article4　AnEmployershallannouncewithintheworkunittherelevantdetailsofitsparticipationinwork-relatedinjuryinsurance.AnEmployeranditsEmployeesshallabidebythelawsandregulationsregardingsafeproductionandpreventionandtreatmentofoccup

6、ationaldiseases，implementsafetyandhealthregulationsandstandards，preventoccurrenceofwork-relatedinjuryaccidentsandavoidandmitigatetheharmsofoccupationaldiseases.IfanEmployeesuffersfromwork-relatedinjury，theEmployershalladoptmeasurestoensurethatsuchEmployeereceivestimelyrescu

7、eandtreatment.Article5　TheadministrativedepartmentoflaborsecurityoftheStateCouncilshallbeinchargeoftheworkofwork-relatedinjuryinsurancethroughoutthecountry.Theadministrativedepartmentsoflaborsecurityofalllevelsoflocalpeople'sgovernmentsatthecountylevelandaboveshallbeincharg

8、eofwork-relatedinjuryinsuranceworkwithintheirrespectiveadministrativeareas.Thesoci
