3、letradersthathireworkers（Employer（s））shallparticipateinwork-relatedinjuryinsuranceandpaywork-relatedinjuryinsurancepremiumsforallofthestaffandworkersorhiredworkersintheirworkunit（Employee（s））inaccordancewiththeprovisionshereof.　　TheEmployeesofalltypesofenterprises

4、andthehiredworkersofsoletradersinthePeople'sRepublicofChinashallhavetherighttoenjoythebenefitsofwork-relatedinjuryinsuranceinaccordancewiththeprovisionshereof.　　Thespecificstepsandimplementingproceduresforparticipationofsoletradersthathireworkersinwork-relatedinju

5、ryinsuranceshallbestipulatedbythepeople'sgovernmentsofprovinces，autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyunderthecentralgovernment.　　Article3　Collectionandpaymentofwork-relatedinjuryinsurancepremiumsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeprovisionsintheCollectionand

6、PaymentofSocialInsurancePremiumsTentativeRegulationsregardingcollectionandpaymentofbasicoldageinsurancepremiums，basicmedicalinsurancepremiumsandunemploymentinsurancepremiums.　　Article4　AnEmployershallannouncewithintheworkunittherelevantdetailsofitsparticipationinw
