1、·提要目的:为内外侧切口双解剖型钢板加植骨治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效提供真实可靠的临床资料和实验数据支持。方法:本研究30例病例均来源于2010年4月至2011年11月期间山东中医药大学附属医院骨科病房符合纳入标准的SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的住院病人,均采用内外侧切口双解剖型钢板加植骨手术治疗,术后积极指导功能康复锻炼,预防并发症的发生。分别于术后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月门诊复查,拍摄X线片观察判断其骨折愈合情况,并检查膝关节功能活动情况,术后12个月应用HSS膝关节评分标准进行膝关节评分,观察疗效。结
2、果:30例患者,HSS膝关节评分结果显示:优18例,良8例,可3例,差1例,总优良率为86.7%。结论:采用内外侧切口双解剖型钢板加植骨治疗SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折能够获得良好的临床疗效。最终能够恢复关节面的平整、恢复正常的力线及关节的稳定、恢复关节的功能范围及减少退行性骨关节炎的发生。关键词胫骨平台;骨折;解剖型钢板;植骨。···InsideandoutsideincisionanatomicaltypesteelplateanddoublebonegraftSchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵtreatmentoffractureoftibia
