1、我国货币政策调控房地产价格的效用分析摘要:2008年以来,我国房地产市场经历了快速回调、平稳运行、快速回暖、稳步调整四个阶段。一方面,国家对房地产业市场的调控日益频繁,调控力度也在逐步加大,对经济发展的影响程度日趋加深;另一方面,房地产市场作为国家宏观调控的重要市场之一,其利于经济发展、增加就业的优点和加剧行业内风险、推高物价的缺点逐渐显现出来。定性和定量研究房地产价格的影响因素和房地产业的发展态势,可以为政府宏观调控提供依据,为消费者提供信息服务,为房地产开发企业项目运作时提供参考支持。房地产业已经成为我国新的发展阶段的一个重要支柱产业。促进房地产业健康发展,是提高居民住房水平,改善居民居
2、住质量,并满足人民群众物质文化生活需要的基本要求;也是促进消费,拉动投资,保持国民经济持续快速健康发展的有力措施;还是充分发挥人力资源的优势,扩大就业的有效途径。实现房地产市场持续健康发展,对于全面建设小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化具有十分重要的意义。关键字:货币政策,宏观调控,房地产市场Abstract:Since2008,ourcountryrealestatemarkethasexperiencedrapidcallback,smoothrunning,fastrecoveryandfourstagestosteadily.Ontheonehand,thestateofthereal
