1、我国货币政策调控房地产价格的效用分析摘要：2008年以来，我国房地产市场经历了快速回调、平稳运行、快速回暖、稳步调整四个阶段。一方面，国家对房地产业市场的调控日益频繁，调控力度也在逐步加大，对经济发展的影响程度日趋加深；另一方面，房地产市场作为国家宏观调控的重要市场之一，其利于经济发展、增加就业的优点和加剧行业内风险、推高物价的缺点逐渐显现出来。定性和定量研究房地产价格的影响因素和房地产业的发展态势，可以为政府宏观调控提供依据，为消费者提供信息服务，为房地产开发企业项目运作时提供参考支持。房地产业已经成为我国新的发展阶段的一个重要支柱产业。促进房地产业健康发展，是提高居民住房
