1、TRFIA检测甲状腺功能出现假阳性的因素分析吴广忠(江苏省南通市通州区第八人民医院检验科226361)【摘要】目的探讨时间分辨免疫荧光分析(TRFIA)检测甲状腺功能过程中存在假阳性的因素分析。方法回顾性统计分析了56例用TRFIA方法检测的甲状腺功能亢进血清标木，再采用化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)方法定量检测甲状腺功能亢进血清标木，进行比对试验，确定TRFIA方法的假阳性率，并分析影响TRFIA方法出现假阳性的影响因素及其相应处理方法。结果TRFIA方法检测的56例甲状腺功能亢进血清标木,分别送上级医院用贝克曼、雅培、罗氏、拜耳四个生产厂家的检测仪器进行复检后，52例仍为

2、甲状腺功能亢进，6例甲状腺功能正常，表明TRFIA法有89.6%的真阳性率，有10.4%的假阳性率,TRIFA与化学发光法两者符合率为89.6%。结论TRFIA出现假阳性的影响因素除了方法学、试剂盒木身之外，还有标木处理、操作不当等多种因素。以上多种因素会导致TRFIA法检测甲状腺功能出现假阳性，对可疑的临床症状不符合甲状腺功能亢进的血清标木,除了严格操作、做好质控外，一定要认真复测，最好采用不同厂家化学发光仪器进行复查，以排除方法学差异出现的假阳性结果。【关键词】时间分辨免疫荧光分析(TRFIA)甲状腺功能亢进化学发光法(CLIA)假阳性【中图分类号】R446【文献标识码
