4、和组织中SOD,TAC和总蛋白的含量.SOD测定采用改良的盐酸羟胺法，样品管取样品20μL，非酶管用三蒸水代替，依次加入75mmol/L，pH=10.2碳酸盐缓冲液2.0mL，3mL/LTritonX1000.3mL，1.2mmol/L盐酸羟胺0.5mL，0.98mmol/LNBT0.1mL，37℃水浴20min，2.0mL甲酸终止反应，560nm比色.总蛋白测定采用Lo.　　2结果　　2.1大鼠萎缩性胃炎病理改变热盐水灌胃4odelofatrophicgastritisinducedbyhighsalthotanCL,SchaeferLM,OuryTD.
