2、维酶素组、乐胃饮低、中、高剂量组，除正常对照组外，其余大鼠用2%水杨酸钠灌胃、自由饮用MNNG溶液结合饥饱失常等综合因素诱发慢性萎缩性胃炎模型。造模后各组予以灌胃治疗4周。结果:与模型对照组比较，乐胃饮中、高剂量组的SOD含量显著升高(P＜0．01，P＜0．05)，乐胃饮中、高剂量组和维酶素组MDA含量显著降低(P＜0．01)。形态学结果显示乐胃饮具有改善胃黏膜形态的功能。结论:乐胃饮可提高大鼠血清SOD活性，减少血清MDA含量，能有效清除氧自由基，具有良好的抗氧化作用;对慢性萎缩性胃炎的病理形态改变也有较好的
