1、西安工程大学本科毕业论文基于员工满意度的员工流失行为分析——以新疆玛雅房屋经纪有限公司为例摘要随着市场经济的发展、工作机会的日益增多,人才流动环境逐渐形成,员工离职已经成为社会的一种普遍现象。产业结构重新调整,各种资源重新配置,面对转型时期的大环境,企业员工的心理也经受着诸多挑战。很多员工因为对企业的种种不满,转而寻求其他的工作机会,员工满意度的降低造成许多企业员工严重流失。如何有效的控制企业员工流失,是目前人力资源管理者面临的新问题,而关注员工心理,尤其是对员工满意度的高度关注,成为企业目前控制员工流失行为的关键。本论文以
2、新疆玛雅房屋经纪有限公司为研究对象,采取问卷调查的形式,收集乌鲁木齐市玛雅公司员工的相关资料,找出影响公司员工满意度的因素,围绕这些因素进行员工满意度调查。通过调查分析,了解公司员工满意度现状,分析员工满意度与流失倾向的关系,并尝试提出针对性的改善意见。这样的研究结果,有利于公司采取相应的人力资源管理措施,更好地留住企业所需的人才。关键词:员工满意度;流失倾向;相关关系TheAnalysisofTurnoverBehaviorBasedonEmployeeSatisfaction——MayanHouseAgencyCo.,L
